Parsippany Hills Student Wins County Manual Design Contest

Everyone in Morris County will know who Jonathan Loesch is in 2014.

The Parsippany Hills High School senior was named the winner of the annual Morris County Manual cover contest this week. Loesch was awarded $500 by county clerk Ann Grossi after his design was voted the best out of 136 submissions from several high schools in the county.

Runners-up in second and third place received $200 and $100, respectively.

The Morris County Manual is an informative guide for residents and government officials alike. Each year, the contest is held as a way for students to use their graphic design skills.

Judging the submissions this year were Morris Plains Mayor Frank Druetzler; Pequannock Mayor Melissa Florance-Lynch; Mendham Township resident Christine Myers; and Adam Smith and Violetta Vasilas of the Morris County Clerk’s Office.
