Parsippany Pair Charged With DWI, Drugs, Assault: Police

Jennifer A. Bisco was jailed after a motor vehicle stop, police said.

PARSIPPANY, NJ - A pair of Parsippany residents were arrested after a motor vehicle stop ended with DWI, drug and assault charges on Feb. 15, according to the Morris County Park Police.

According to authorities a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Parsippany Townshi led to Jennifer A. Bisco, 33, to be charged with Assault, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Intoxicated. Her passenger, Nevardo A. Gallego, 39, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, police said.

Bisco was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility and Gallego was released with a court date pending, police said.
