Parsippany Police Clap Out Dispatcher For Her Retirement
Linda Rathbun served Parsippany in the role for 28 years.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Linda Rathbun served Parsippany for 28 years as its public safety telecommunicator. Last Thursday, she answered her final calls.
Rathbun retired after a lengthy tenure with the Parsippany Police Department. The agency gave her a "clap-out" ceremony outside the station when her final shift was over.

"Thank you for serving the Parsippany community and being part of the Police Department's family," the police department wrote on social media. "You will be truly missed!"
