Parsippany Police Seek Feedback From Public For Accreditation

Parsippany police are asking for the public's feedback for its accreditation process.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — As the Parsippany Police Department seeks accreditation, officials are asking for the public’s feedback and comments on the entity's performance.

The accreditation is given by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACP), which assesses police departments' policies, procedures, management, operations, and support services. The NJSACP will arrive in Parsippany later this month for the assessment.

Part of the voluntary process is collecting feedback from agency employees and the public. Comments can be spoken over the phone, handwritten, or emailed.
