PARSIPPANY, NJ - The men and women of Parsippany Police Department made a video of appreciation for all the support they have received since the start of the new coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic.

"The men and women of our department would like to send a sincere thank you to the dozens of residents and area businesses that have helped support us through numerous donations," the police posted on social media. "From hand made masks, hand sanitizers, medical type masks and cleaning supplies, to the food and heartfelt cards from our residents, we thank you."

The video also was dedicated to all the first responders and the essential workers for all of their efforts during this unique and unprecedented time.
