PARSIPPANY, NJ - The latest victim of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, is the Parsippany Township Bus Service which has ceased operations.

Due to the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, in order to mitigate potential exposure, and to maintain social distancing, Parsippany Township Bus Services halted operations further notice on Thursday.

"We will look to reopen the bus lines at a later date," officials said in a statement. "We apologize for the inconvenience."
