Red Hawks Fly Over Competition at Wrestling Tournament

The Parsippany Red Hawks wrestling team kicked off the 2014-15 season in strong fashion, pinning the competition in its first tournament.

Five Red Hawk wrestlers were crowned tournament champions to help catapult the team to an overall victory with a score of 154 points. Their next closest opponent was Sparta at 102.5, according to dailyrecord.com.

The five Red Hawks were P.J. Gohn (106 lbs.), Kevin Jones (113), Stephen Persuad (132), Zach Kovacs (138), and Andrew Massefski (195) all were crowned champions, the report said.
