Support Green Amendment NJ Constitution Long Overdue.

Green Amendment..Call State Legislatures ACR80 SCR30 Let us Really Promote the General Welfare, not just the Profit motive.
We need Nature; Nature does not need US. As we alienate and further ourselves from the source of life, we become less intelligent, and more self serving which is anti-life as all things in life serve the whole, and the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. We have outsmarted ourselves. All things have limits, unfortunately we fail to see this, as money has replaced common sense itself..The Green Amendment s already seemingly, inherent in the Constitution; " To Promote the General Welfare. Why do we fail to see it? Now we need it! Property rights have reached absurd privilege; some checks and balances are needed here. Rights of Health, well being and proven sciences of sustainability placed on equal footing.

Honorable State Legislators.
Assembly Bill ACR/80 Senate SCR30..This would like in Pennsylvania & Montana (others pending) protect our right to pure water,clean air,and a stable climate and healthy environments.
ASK Them to sponsor the Bill if they have not..How long will we allow corporate property rights supercede our right to Health & Wellbeing and a future worth having. We can not continue to injure our Biosphere; everything in life in connected. The right to pollute, over development and not being responsible for impacts and costs has survived long enough.
We all live in a complex biological system. Mitochondria in the cell, cell in the organism, the organism in the ecosystem, the ecosystem in the biosphere. This complex world of biological cooperation is being injured and destroyed, along with a future worth living; this is now the legacy of degraded life we are passing on to our children.

As life changes so should our Constitution. The founders could not have possibly imagined where we'd be today. In hopes of a supremacy clause that we the people may invoke in the name of our General Welfare, establish justice, insure domestic Tranquility and the "blessings" of liberty.

He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed. Article 2 section 3 US Constitution. He has not; and they have allowed our Laws of Environmental Protection, to be subverted and disregarded, what do you say in the name of yourself and your children? NJ Stand Up!
