PARSIPPANY, NJ - A teen was the victim of an armed robbery perpetrated by a group of juveniles in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings on Route 46 in Parsippany Thursday night, according to the Parsippany Police Department.

The Parsippany Police Department’s Communication Center received a 911 call reporting an emergency at Buffalo Wild Wings shortly after 9 p.m., police said.

Responding officers made contact with the caller, who them that he was just robbed. The victim said that as he and four other friends were leaving the restaurant they met another group of approximately five males in the parking lot.

One juvenile was then robbed of a small amount of cash and other items from the victim and witnesses told authorities that one juvenile possessed what was believed to be a firearm, while a second had a knife, police said.

After the robbery, the suspects fled the area in a vehicle, police said.
