Zoning Board Decisions Appeals 2020-06 rejected without public debate

Resolution 2020-06 Zoning Board decision appeals to council, should of at least been allowed to move forward for public debate. Funny and i find disrespectful how Town Attorney James Lott is routinely ignored as if he doesn't exist. dePierro; in fact all three republican councils' reasoning to not permit 2020-06 moving forward, were all hypothetical and not factual as to the actual need and reason the for the law enacted in 2013, to hold Council to reconsider a zoning change by the board of adjustment.
Zoning Boards handle many major changes; or rezoning; and in the past many of these re-zones have been flawed, not based on good science of land use, just property rights at the expense of neighborhood character and loss of environmental integrity.

Funny how when John Inglesino was attorney, all clicked their heels and no one challenged his conflicts of interest and shady deals, and deliberate disinformation; some of which overturned No votes, and mass resistance, others tying the hands of Zoning Board members in rubber stamping deals, in closed sessions.

Where was the republican discontent with former attorney Inglesino when he tied the hands of the Zoning Board. Where were they when he dismissed RD developer in Court, at waterview, without prejudice, allowing RD, to again sue the town after the no vote? Where were they when Parsippany taxpayers coughed up $3.7 million for 9 acres of buffer called open space/kickback to RD at waterview?

Republican Council logic in dismissing 2020-06, was flawed; all hypothetical; when attorney Lott tried to explain, which he did several times, it was like he wasn't even there. What a change from when Inglesino was attorney; apparently a town attorney appointed by a democratic mayor is not respected or listened to.

Republicans use division as a tool to get elected, Then they see the light, the light that blinds them all to their own arbitrary and capriciousness against their own community, for a few dollars more. Tired of the double standard and hypocrisy. If another Attorney similar to Inglesino returns the Law 40:55D-17 will be surely missed to those who actually care about things other than their petty selfish me over all..

Oh yes; Parsippany is so perfect in all we do and ever have done;never to be on guard against corruption in our local governance. R 2020-06 is a safeguard against what we already have suffered. Never Again.
