COVID-19 Vaccination Information
On January 13, 2021, the State of New Jersey modified the eligibility for those able to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine to include individuals over 65, and between the ages of 16 and 64 with specific underlying health issues. The demand for COVID-19 vaccines in New Jersey – as well as the Morris Vaccination Center – far exceeds supply currently.Residents are still encouraged to access the New Jersey Vaccination Scheduling System. They can also sign up to be notified when appointments become available through Atlantic Health’s COVID Vaccine Appointment Portal. Based on the availability of the vaccine, individuals will be notified when they’re qualified to receive the vaccine, as well as when appointments will be available. Each individual will then be able to register for an open appointment.Morris County has also established a COVID Hotline for further information. This Hotline can be reached at 973-829-8250. The hotline is staffed 7 days each week, during business hours.Once vaccine supply increases, individuals should able to visit their doctor to receive the injection, much like they would the flu shot.Pre-Register for the COVID Vaccine here.Sign up for appointment alerts with Atlantic Health here.Call the Morris County COVID Vaccination Hotline for information: 973-829-8250.
