Township Of Parsippany-Troy Hills: Parsippany Water Team Drill Announcement

On Sunday July 18, 2021, members of the Parsippany Water Rescue Team will be hosting a full-scale drill in the Rockaway River.  This drill will be located near the intersection of Cayuga Ave and River Drive in the Lake Hiawatha section of town.  If you are in the area during the hours of 8:00am-12:00pm you may see members in the moving water as well as on the shore line, possible by houses.  There should be no cause for concern during this time!  In addition to members in the water, you may also see a large presence of Emergency Vehicles parked along the street.  We ask that you avoid the area if possible, but if you need to travel through, please use extreme caution during this time.
