Vikings Conquer Cranford for Sectional Football Title
Parsippany Hills captures crown by taking down top-seed opponent at MetLife Stadium Sunday.

That’s exactly what the No. 3 seed Parsippany Hills Vikings did Sunday at MetLife Stadium against top-seed Cranford to win the North 2, Group III sectional title, according to nj.com.
The team was led by senior halfback Angelo Gallego, who pounded the ball for 182 yards on 40 carries and the go-ahead, fourth quarter touchdown, the report said.

Quarterback Nick Verducci also did his part, throwing for 141 yards and a touchdown and running for another, the box score showed.
The Vikings have made their way to the sectional title game three straight years. The win against Cranford was its first victory.
