WATERVIEW LAND SWINDLE ..Give us our money back

How could this have happened without inside forces working against Parsippany's best interest? Ask those whom supported it against all.

Waterview Land Swindle Goes Unchallenged. Give Us Our Money Back!

It seems to me that Township leadership will have to find out why the town withdrew its request. The timing is so odd, since this was the start of new leadership. January 2018.

Let us begin with three questions:Can you tell me more about the January 2018 withdrawal of the Green Acres by Parsippany?

1. When did the request begin and for how many acres? The Township informed Green Acres in February 2017 that they wished to use the balance of funding from an open Green Acres project for part of Block 421 Lot 29 (9.26 acres). I believe the lot was later subdivided and lot 29 was renumbered.

2. What proposal did Parsippany present as to its use? The Township proposed no other use than “open space”.

3. Why was it withdrawn; or was it rejected? (Morris County rejected this parcel outright stating one of the worse ever). The Township made the choice to withdraw the request to use the balance of Green Acres funding, it was not rejected since it was eligible for Green Acres funding. Only the Township could answer the question of why the request was withdrawn.

Land Swindle How could this be open space and not a buffer?
One of the questions is how exactly did this open space/buffer not qualify as a buffer according to NJDEP rules; and most importantly our own Master Plan elements? We all know Inglesino accomplished this at the expense of Parsippany. When violations and crime go unbated or violators are allowed to walk away, we are no longer a nation of laws, but a minority that places itself above the law..Trumped!
This need to be looked into. How did we wind up paying for something a developer should of provided as part and parcel of a sound plan. We were robbed $3.7 Million and should start action to expose this theft and return the money plus a penalty or award to the people of Parsippany. The included interactive Map says it all concerning the land swindle and what of been a required buffer not open space. When open space is just open space in a case like this, its smoke in mirrors and legal robbery. Want to rob a town become its attorney, wanna rob a bank own one.

$3.7 Million will come totally from local open space funding

In 2018 waterview block 421 lot 29 was withdrawn from green acres funding from NJDEP Green Acres. Why? Ask our former Town Attorney John Inglesino. So this land swindle will remain paid for totally by Parsippany Residents. If it was possible to receive State Funding, which it was, why would one withdraw from that possibility? Perhaps its initial candidacy was a hoax to begin with, to cover the swindle and perhaps Peter has no idea what Paul is doing. The People of Parsippany overwhelming opposed waterview and the Council voted No! So how could this happen?

The Hoax of Home Rule Only regional Planning could of Prevented this
What could of allowed the destruction of this environmentally sensitive constrained zone part of the Troy Brook water course, and the threshold to a beautiful neighborhood? A crime against the environment and subversion of local democracy. We need our officials to ask for a complete investigation of everything that took place starting in 2013 to the present situation of watching something occur that the planning board did not reveal to the public, as closed door hands tied corporate coup of the landscape and people of Parsippany.

October 2013 Council No Rezone Vote after overwhelming public opposition. November 2014 Rezoned anyway using public housing as a threat tactic. September 2017 construction begins; fast tracked compliments of those who betray their public trust. How could a real estate developer lawyer be in the best interest of Parsippany during the waterview episode? Especially when it was a done deal as proved to be.

Give us Money Back!! Crimes Pays if we allow it. Governor Murphy Please Look into this. By the way there is a lot more to the story.
