When Will Snow Stop, And How Much Needs to Be Shoveled?

Late winter storm worse than originally expected, cold temperatures coming Friday.

It’s not over yet, and now it sounds worse than originally predicted.

A total accumulation of four to eight inches of snow will blanket Parsippany before the precipitation ends Thursday, which, according to the National Weather Service, won’t happen until after sunset.

Original predictions showed up to seven inches would hamper the area Wednesday to Thursday. While Parsippany woke up to less than two inches of accumulation Thursday morning, snowfall intensified greatly between 8 and 11 a.m.
