• Special Events Commemorated 25 Years Since 9/11 (allaroundpennsauken.com) — Pennsauken residents, first responders, and officials recently marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with their long-running flag placement and a noontime ceremony at the township's 9/11 Memorial. Local leaders honored victims, praised Pennsauken's fire, police, and EMS, and recognized survivor and resident Oscar Phillip Benjamin, as well as former Mayor Bill Orth, whose efforts created the memorial and its annual traditions.
