Kitten Reunited with Piscataway Family After Two-Alarm Fire Burns Through 8th Street Home (tapinto.net) — A two-alarm fire early Sunday left a home on 8th Street in Piscataway’s Arbor neighborhood uninhabitable, but all residents escaped safely and their missing kitten was later found and reunited with the family. Multiple local fire companies responded to the blaze, and investigators are still determining what caused the fire.

Olivia Fraticelli Named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player of the Week (scarletknights.com) — Rutgers fans in Piscataway have a new star to cheer, as senior forward Olivia Fraticelli was just named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player of the Week after a four-goal opening weekend. The Toms River native scored at Monmouth, then delivered a hat trick at Wagner, now leading both the NCAA and Big Ten in goals and points through two games.
