POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Point Pleasant homeowners who need assistance from the borough's building department can now get information online, borough officials announced.

Access to a number of services from the building department is available online through the Spatial Data Logic (SDL) portal, officials said.

Residents and contractors can create free accounts that allow them to schedule inspections, view town maps, search permit status, access property data, submit requests and more, officials said.

Each inspector has been issued an iPad by the borough that they can take with them to enter information while they are on site conducting an inspection.
