POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The Point Pleasant Beach Borough Council is scheduled to hold a second hearing and vote on a proposed ordinance that would put additional restrictions on short-term rentals in the borough.

The ordinance, which can be found on the council agenda, would bar short-term rentals such as through AirBnb of less than seven days.
