Point Pleasant Police Charge Two Residents With Second Burglary

Point Pleasant police have again charged a borough man and woman with a residential burglary, several days after they were arrested for the burglary of a Thomas Street home, Capt. Robert Lokerson said.
Detective Joseph Hynes charged Jonathan Brownell, 28 and Renata Klimkova, 25, on Sept. 9 with conspiracy, burglary and theft of a Hulse Avenue home on July 31, Lokerson said.
Brownell is currently lodged in the Ocean County Correctional Facility on $25,000 cash bail on prior charges filed by Hynes. Klimkova was released on her own recognizance pending a court appearance.

Hynes arrested the two on Sept. 1 for the Thomas Street burglary and charged them with conspiracy, burglary and theft. Officers conducted an immediate canvas of the area, obtained statements from residents and collected evidence. They were able to identify two suspects, Lokerson has said.
