$1M Winning Mega Millions Ticket Sold In Pennsylvania

A Mega Millions ticket was sold in Pennsylvania that could be worth $1 million.

In the Tuesday drawing, there were 14 winners of $1 million each who matched five balls. Those tickets were sold in California, Georgia, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington, according to the Mega Millions website.

The winning numbers were 2, 9, 11, 22 and 23, plus the gold Mega Ball 12. The Mega Millions jackpot reached an estimated $260 million, and a ticket holder in Illinois reaped the benefit by matching all six numbers, according to the website.

Since March 24 there have been a total of 33.6 million winning Mega Millions tickets sold at all prize levels, including 43 prizes of $1 million or more, according to the website.
