2 Arrested For DWI In Princeton: Police

PRINCETON, NJ — Two people were arrested on driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges in Princeton over the weekend, police said.
Juan Delacruz, 34, of Trenton, was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop for obstructing traffic and failure to keep right on the 200 block of Nassau Street at 2:10 a.m. on Feb. 3. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several summonses with pending court dates and released to the custody of a sober adult.
Maureen Cozzi, 56, of Hamilton Square, was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop for failure to maintain lane on Quaker Road on Feb. 4 at 10:41 p.m. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was processed, issued several summonses with pending court dates and held until sober prior to being released.

The incidents were announced as part of the Princeton Police Department’s blotter on Tuesday. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Also reported on Tuesday was the arrest of 41-year-old Cornelius Toma, of Princeton, on several warrants totaling $850 from Ewing, Lawrence and Trenton. He was arrested on Feb. 5 after failing to appear in Princeton Municipal Court, police said. He was processed after his court appearance and turned over to Ewing police officers.
