2 Kids, Man Seriously Injured After Being Hit By Car In Mercer

Luis Minyety of Hamilton and his two children were trying to cross the road, when they were hit by a car, police said

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A Mercer County man and his two children were seriously injured after they were hit by a car while trying to cross the road, Hamilton police said.

On Monday, at 3:40 p.m., Luis Minyety of Hamilton and his two children were trying to cross Edinburg Road, when they were hit by a car, police said. Minyety, 39, and the children were taken to Capital Health Hospital at Fuld for treatment. An update on their condition is not currently available.

A 56-year-old Hamilton woman was driving a Chevrolet Caprice Wagon east on Edinburg Road when she struck Minyety and the children at the intersection of Stamford Road, police said.
