4 Shot, Child Injured At Back-To-School Event In Mercer County
Two men and two women were in critical condition following Saturday night's shooting in Trenton, according to reports.

A 7-year-old boy was reportedly struck by a motorbike and four people were shot during a drive-by shooting at a back-to-school event in Mercer County over the weekend.
Two men and two women were shot when several people on dirt bikes and an ATV opened fire during the event in Trenton at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, according to WPIX 11. The four adults were hospitalized in critical condition. The child was hospitalized with minor injuries after being hit by the bike.
Police told 6 ABC the people on the dirt bikes were arguing with each other when the shooting broke out. The shooting happened outside a baseball field, where parents and children were buying supplies for school. "Some haters come along and they just ruined everything," a witness told the news station. "That's what it was about, giving kids stuff for school."
