5 Car Burglaries Over 2 Days In Princeton: Police

PRINCETON, NJ — Someone’s been entering unlocked cars in Princeton. Five such incidents were reported over the course of two days this week in Princeton, police said Friday morning. The burglaries were reported on April 26 and 27.

The following is a list of the incidents:

• An unknown person rummaged through an unlocked vehicle on North Stanworth Drive between 7 p.m. on April 26 and 8 p.m. on April 27. Nothing was stolen.
• An iPhone 4s was stolen from an unlocked car on South Stanworth Drive between 5 p.m. on April 26 and 8 a.m. on April 27.
• A purse was stolen from an unlocked car on North Stanworth Drive between 11:30 p.m. on April 26 and 9:45 a.m. on April 27.
• A purse was stolen from an unlocked car on Stanworth Lane between 8:30 p.m. on April 26 and 8:37 a.m. on April 27.
• A laptop and loose change were stolen from an unlocked car on Lytle Street between 8:30 p.m. on April 26 and 8:30 a.m. on April 27.
