Aggravated Assault, Eluding Highlight Princeton Police Report
Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — The following information was provided by the Princeton Police Department. Incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Carlos Cortez, 58, of Princeton, was charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose and driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for careless driving on Mulberry Row on Oct. 16 at 7:06 p.m. Following the traffic stop and an altercation, Cortez was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.
Luke Timm, 19, of Poughkeepsie, NY, was charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and possession of cocaine/marijuana following an investigation into underage drinking in which police say he ran from officers on the 100 block of Nassau Street on Oct 15 at 12:14 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where was processed, issued multiple summonses with pending court dates and released on his own recognizance.
