Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony Scheduled For Friday In Princeton

Lots of music and fun events are planned for the tree-lighting ceremony.

PRINCETON, NJ — It’s time to kick off the holiday season in Princeton. The Annual Palmer Square Tree Lighting ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday at 5 p.m.

South Jersey band Don’t Call Me Francis will be playing some tunes, and Flying Ivories will be bac on the pianos.

There will be around 32,000 lights atop the giant spruce on Palmer Square. And Santa is expected to make a presence as well.
