Another Worker Tests COVID Positive In Princeton Middle School
Earlier this week, two people tested positive for COVID-19 at the middle school. The three cases are now believed to be related.
PRINCETON, NJ — Another person working at the ongoing construction site at Princeton Unified Middle School, tested positive for COVID-19. Princeton Public Schools reported Friday.
Earlier this week, a staff member and a member of the construction team tested positive for COVID-19.

There have been very few staff members and no students in the building this week. The middle school will be closed to all staff and the public through Sep. 11.

The Princeton Department of Health has been in touch with school staff and others who may have had close contact with the person.
The district said that the three cases at the middle school are not expected to affect the other schools.
The district hopes to re-open the middle school building on Sep. 14. Staff and parents were notified by email on Friday.
