In honor of Princeton Porchfest, we’re thrilled to take our monthly Story & Verse show outdoors to Hinds Plaza, joining in on the community fun and gathering together an enthusiastic audience for the literary + performing arts.
Whether you’re a seasoned writer or a first-time performer, Story & Verse offers a warm and welcoming platform to express yourself and engage with a diverse audience of creatives, casual appreciators, and everyone in between.
Join us as a performer:
- Prepare a story, poem, or spoken word piece up to 5 minutes in length and (at least loosely) related to the theme. This month’s theme is open!
- Arrive by 11:45am to add your name to the hat. No previous experience or pre-registration necessary.
Join our audience:
- Find a seat or stand on Hinds Plaza and enjoy the performances. We kick off shortly after 12pm.
