PRINCETON, NJ — The long suspense seems to be over. On Wednesday, Superintendent Carol Kelley sent out a message to the community announcing a new principal for Princeton High School.

Kelley will be recommending Cecilia Birge for the position during Thursday’s BOE meeting. Birge has served as assistant principal at the high school since 2020.

“After careful consideration of community input from surveys, listening to our staff and rigorous interview committee process, I am pleased to share that I will be recommending Cecilia Birge as the next principal of Princeton High School,” Kelley said in her email.
