Council Meeting, Road Closures: This Week In Princeton
Here's what to expect this week in Princeton:

PRINCETON, NJ — A number of meetings are scheduled this week, including the planning and zoning board.
Town Council will meet Monday and on the agenda is a discussion on the 2022-
2023 budget of the Princeton Special Improvement District. Earlier this year, Council unanimously approved an ordinance establishing a Special Improvement District (SID) in the Municipality.

On Wednesday the Zoning Board will be meeting and on Thursday at 7 p.m. the Planning Board Ad Hoc Committee will have its meeting. No agendas have been posted yet.
Witherspoon Street Construction Update Week of May 23:
- On Wednesday Earle Asphalt will begin sanitary sewer utility mark-outs and saw cutting of on Witherspoon Street in prep for excavation.
- Beginning Thursday, sanitary sewer utility installation will occur. Construction will start at the intersection of Witherspoon Street and Hulfish Street and continue north towards Paul Robeson Place.
- Motorists are should avoid the area and follow detour signs.
- Constructions hours are permissible from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- There will be an alternating traffic pattern on Witherspoon Street with the use of flaggers from Wednesday to Friday.
- The intersection of Hulfish Street and Witherspoon Street will be closed Thursday.
