Driver Trapped In Car, Rescued On Mercer Road Thursday
Princeton emergency responders rescued a driver who was trapped in a car following a crash on Thursday, police said.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton emergency responders rescued a driver who was trapped in a car following a crash on Thursday, police said.
At 8:25 a.m. on Oct. 3 and Acura driving north on Mercer Road lost control and ran off the roadway just south of Hutchinson Drive, Princeton Police Capt. Christopher Morgan said.
The driver, who was trapped in the car, was safely removed by Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad and Princeton Fire Department, Morgan said.

The driver was taken to the hospital for a complaint of pain. No summonses are currently issued.
Mercer Road between Hutchinson Drive and Province Line Road was closed until about 10 a.m. as a result of the crash. It has since been reopened.
