Credit Cards Stolen From Parked Car In Princeton: Police
Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — A Princeton man’s car was burglarized and on Aug. 31, and the burglary has cost him at least $1,000, police said.
He told Princeton police that he left his blue 2015 Chevrolet Equinox SUV legally parked on the 600 block of Great Road on Aug. 31. Between 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. the same day, someone broke into his car and stole two credit cards from his wallet. That person then used the credit cards to buy $1,000 worth of items at various locations.
This incident was posted on the town’s website as part of the Princeton Police Department’s weekly report. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. Other incidents that were reported can be found below.

A man reported that UPS delivered a Samsung Galaxy S8 worth $168 to his home on the 100 block of Witherspoon Street at about 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 4. Sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. the same day, he says the package was stolen.
Santos Hernandez-Amaya, 40, of Elizabeth, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $100 out of Jersey City Municipal Court following a random license plate inquiry on the 100 block of Snowden on Sept. 6. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and released after posting $100 bail.
