Cresa Expands National Industrial Team with Two Senior Brokers Added to Princeton, NJ, Office

Cresa has added two senior brokers to their National Industrial Team. John Kainer and Joseph Nitti have both joined Cresa's Princeton office

Cresa, the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants, has added two senior brokers to their national Industrial Team. John Kainer and Joseph Nitti have both joined as Senior Vice Presidents, working out of Cresa’s Princeton, New Jersey office.

Prior to Cresa, both Kainer and Nitti were part of Colliers International’s industrial team, located out of the Parsippany, NJ office. Kainer was Senior Managing Director, specializing in cost reduction for mature businesses and rapid growth for new businesses. Nitti was Executive Managing Director, specializing in real estate development, construction, logistics, and consulting.

According to Jim Winter, Cresa’s National Director of Industrial Services, Kainer and Nitti’s experience and depth of knowledge will aid in expanding Cresa’s growing Industrial Services platform to better serve tenants’ needs.

Kainer, a resident of Princeton, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, and an MBA at Rutgers Graduate School of Management. He has been in the real estate industry for 10 years and has 15 years of prior experience in manufacturing and distribution.

Nitti, a resident of Westfield, NJ, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Borne, Mass. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Colliers, he was President of the Industrial Division of the Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.
