About Sweet Gourmet
Sweet Gourmet is the realization of the lifelong dream of owner and pastry chef, Karen Ambrose. Opened in 2017, we specialize in made to order gourmet cheesecakes, cakes and cookies. Our desserts are perfect for any function from business lunches to weddings and everything in between. The individual cheesecakes are a customer favorite that come in a variety of flavors. The triple chocolate chip cookies are a must try; they have been described as "life altering".
Over the last 2 years, Karen has had the opportunity to share her passion and talent for baking as a speaker and teacher for SCORE Princeton, Princeton Adult School and the Mercer County Library System, Chef's Talks Program. Karen was recently featured in U.S. 1, you can read her story here.
