DWI, Narcotics Highlight Princeton Police Report

PRINCETON, NJ — The following information was provided by the Princeton Police Department. All incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Catharine MacDonald, 63, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) following an accident on the 100 block of Hamilton Avenue on Aug. 23 at 8:50 p.m. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

James Milburne, 31, of Cherry Hill, was arrested on two outstanding traffic warrants totaling $1,001 out of Voorhees and Northfield municipal courts after he was stopped for driving on a suspended license following a random license plate inquiry on the 100 block of Stockton Street on Aug. 23 at 1:16 p.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses and released on his own recognizance.

Cornelius Toma Jr., 40, of Lawrenceville, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for reports of an erratic driver on the 100 block of Stockton Street on Aug. 26 at 10:41 p.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

Oscar R. Bucaro-Guerra, 22, of Manville, was charged with possession of marijuana (under 50g) and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for a loud exhaust on the 300 block of Nassau Street on Aug. 27 at 12:11 p.m. Bucaro-Guerra was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date, and released on his own recognizance.
