Traffic Slowed For Emergency Inspection Of Alexander Street Bridge In Princeton: Police

The inspection is due to reported damage.

PRINCETON, NJ — The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is conducting an emergency inspection on the Alexander Street Bridge just south of West Drive in Princeton, police said early Thursday afternoon. The inspection is due to reported damage on the bridge.

One lane is closed, and traffic is alternating, and is expected to be through the day. Flag men are on the scene handling traffic. Patch will update this post as more information becomes available.
