Fugitive Arrests, Theft Highlight Princeton Police Report
Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — The following information was provided by the Princeton Police Department. Incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Ramsey Naylor-Koon, 39, of Hamilton Township, was charged with possession of a weapon and hypodermic needles following a traffic stop for not having front plates on the 100 block of Mercer Street on Aug. 6 at 1:43 a.m. He was also found to have an active warrant for $1,000 out of Trenton Municipal Court. Naylor-Koon was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and lodged at the Mercer County Correctional Facility.
Scott Moskowitz, 34, of Needham, MA, was arrested after he was found to have an active warrant out of North Brunswick Municipal Court in the amount of $145 following a traffic stop for maintenance of lamps on the 300 block of Nassau Street on Aug. 6 at 12:22 a.m. Moskowitz was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.

A tree branch fell on the rooftop of a Hunter Road home and sparked an electrical fire in the attic of the home on Monday night. There were no injuries and the fire was quickly extinguished by members of the Princeton and Plainsboro fire departments.
Three people were arrested for being wanted persons following a traffic stop for an inspection violation on the 200 block of Alexander Street on Aug. 7 at 9:03 a.m.

Driver Keith Belmont, 27, of Hamilton Township, was arrested for being an NCIC wanted person out of Mercer County. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and lodged at the Mercer County Correctional Facility.
Passenger Lucas Rosado, 25, of Trenton, was arrested for being an NCIC wanted person out of Trenton. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and turned over to Trenton police.
Passenger Lloyd Scott, 28, of Trenton, was arrested for being an NCIC wanted person out of Mercer County. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued complaint summonses with a pending court date and lodged at the Mercer County Correctional Facility.
Shahid Townes, 25, of Irvington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for speeding on the 100 block of Mountain Avenue on Aug. 8 at 3:33 p.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued a complaint summons with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.
Nelson Ibarrondo, 24, of Gloucester City, was charged with possession of CDS following a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation on the 300 block of Mercer Street on Aug. 8 at 9:14 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.
Robert Holdsworth, 23, of Clementon, was charged with possession of CDS and poss of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation on the 300 block of Mercer Street on Aug. 8 at 9:14 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.
A Bomag asphalt roller worth $40,000 was stolen from a staging area on the 300 block of Nassau Street between 6:10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, and 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 9.
Charesse Neal, 34, of Princeton, was arrested on an active warrant out of Princeton Municipal Court in the amount of $558 following a traffic stop for no inspection sticker on the 100 block of John Street on Aug. 9 at 7:40 p.m. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was processed, issued a motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.
$3,000 worth of copper piping was stolen from the basement of a Crestview Drive home sometime on Aug. 5.
Jorge Lazo, 21, of Hamilton Township, was arrested and charged with stealing a total of $19,590 from McCaffrey’s since the beginning of the year. He was initially arrested for stealing $200 from the store on Aug. 10, but further investigation revealed the total amount he is accused of stealing. Lazo was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued a complaint summons with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.
Oliver Todd, 41, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a traffic stop for unclear license plates on the 100 block of Hodge Road on Aug. 10 at 2:25 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and subsequently released to a sober adult.
Rahul Krishnamoorthy, 24, of Robbinsville, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) following an accident on the 100 block of Red Hill Road on Aug. 11 at 1:08 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and subsequently released to a sober adult.
