The Investors Foundation has awarded a $15,000 grant to the Boys & Girls Club of Mercer County.  The grant will support the organization’s Extended Learning Day programs.

The Boys & Girls Club offers tested, proven, and nationally recognized programs in five core program areas: Character and Leadership Development; Education and Career Development; Health and Life Skills; the Arts; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.

“Our after-school programs are designed to help youths make positive choices, advance to the next grade level on time, stay on track to graduate from high school, and explore career pathways,” explained David E. Anderson, executive director of Boys & Girls Club.
