Live Wires On The Ground Make Road Impassable In Princeton: Police
A transformer exploded late Monday afternoon.
PRINCETON, NJ — The southbound lanes of North Harrison Street are impassable due to live wires on the ground, Princeton police said late Monday afternoon. The live wires are on the ground after a transformer exploded in the area.
PSE&G is on the scene, and repairs are expected to last several hours. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and use Mt. Lucas to Witherspoon or Ewing Street as alternate routes.
