Man With 4 DWIs Caught Driving In Princeton: Police
Richard Bollenbacher, 46, of North Brunswick was found to have a suspended license as a result of a fourth DWI conviction, police report.
PRINCETON, NJ — A man with four driving while intoxicated convictions was stopped in Princeton, police report.
On March 28 at 4:57 p.m., Richard Bollenbacher, 46, of North Brunswick was found to have an active traffic warrant out of East Windsor for $1,000 and an active criminal warrant out of Bedminster Township for $217 following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street for failure to yield to pedestrian, Princeton Police report.
Bollenbacher’s driving privileges were also suspended as a result of a fourth DWI conviction., police said.

Bollenbacher was placed under arrest and additionally charged with driving during a period of license suspension, a crime of the fourth-degree.
Bollenbacher posted his bail and was released from police custody with several summonses.

On March 25: The complainant reported that sometime between 8 p.m. on March 23 and 8 a.m. on March 25, someone illegally dumped garbage into the dumpster of the business in the 800 block of State Road, filling the dumpster. The complainant stated that this was the second weekend in a row that this occurred, causing the business to have to pay for an extra waste removal fee.
On March 27: Following a motor vehicle stop for no front license plate and unregistered vehicle, the driver, Derrick Swain, 34, of Wrightstown was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Trenton in the amount of $2,500. Swain was placed under arrest and was ultimately released on his own recognizancewith a new court date.
On March 29 at 10:18 a.m.: The complainant reported that an someone attempted to conduct a $120,000 wire transfer with their business’ bank account information and a forged signature. The transfer was halted and there was no monetary loss.
On March 28 at 7:57 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street for failure to yield to pedestrian, the driver, Deandra Guzman, 30, of Newark was found to have an active traffic warrant out of East Orange for $500. Guzman was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters where she posted her bail. Guzman was then released with a traffic summons.
