Man Arrested For DWI Following Accident In Princeton: Police

Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — A Belle Mead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) following an accident in Princeton last week. George Menon, 29, was also charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana following the accident on Quaker Road on Feb. 5 at 4:56 p.m.

He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle and complaint summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

Ivy Inn management reported one patron punched another during a brief altercation on Feb. 9. The patron who threw the punch was identified as 24-year-old Lester Morataya-Davila, of Princeton. However, the victim refused to file a complaint and Morataya-Davila was released at the scene after being served a letter of persona non grata from the management of the Ivy Inn.

A victim reported three unauthorized purchases on his Visa credit card. The purchases were made through PayPal and totaled $344. The victim canceled the card and informed his bank.
