Man Arrested For DWI In Princeton: Police

Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — The following information was provided by the Princeton Police Department. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Martin Konn, 37, of Toms River, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) after a traffic stop for an illegal U-turn on Nassau Street and failure to keep right on Aug. 18. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released to a sober adult.

Pedro Javier Frias, 54, of Weehawken, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $239 out of Montgomery Township Municipal Court after police conducted a random license plate inquiry on the 200 block of South Harrison Street on Aug. 21. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and released on his own recognizance by Montgomery Municipal Court.
