Man Arrested In New York After Stealing Car In Princeton: Police
A Princeton man stole a car out of a driveway on Ober Road and was ultimately arrested in New York.

PRINCETON, NJ — A Princeton man was arrested for stealing a car and taking it to New York, police announced.
Christopher Marsland, 47, was charged with theft after an Ober Road resident reported that his car was stolen out of his driveway sometime between Monday evening and Tuesday morning, according to the Princeton Police Department.
Once it was stolen, it was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a stolen vehicle.
Marsland and the car were ultimately found in Ulster, New York after Ulster police discovered the car was stolen after entering its license plate number into the database, and alerted Princeton police.

The item was listed as part of the Princeton Police Department’s weekly report posted on the town’s website. All incidents are merely accusations, and those accused are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. Other incidents reported this week are as follows:
Ryan Inman, 26, of Trenton, was arrested and charged for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for several motor vehicle violations on Great Road at about 4:50 a.m. on May 3.

Christopher Miller, 27, of Baltimore, MD, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for several motor vehicle violations on Washington Road at about 12:50 a.m. on May 2.
Joelle Jackson, 50, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with being in possession of marijuana following a traffic stop for an unspecified motor vehicle violation on Boudinot Street at about 9:15 a.m. on May 3.
Lamar Rabara-Brokate, 30, of Pemberton, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop for motor vehicle violations on Mercer Street at about 11:27 a.m. on April 30.
