FOUND: Man Missing After Visiting Family In Hamilton

Gerald Old who went missing on Sunday has been found, police said Monday night.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Gerald Old, who went missing on Sunday after visiting family in Hamilton, has been found.

Old was found in Cape May in good health and unharmed, Hamilton Police said as of 8 p.m. Monday.

Old had gone to visit family on Matthews Drive in Hamilton and last spoke to his family on Dec. 29 at 5:30 p.m. while he was driving back home to Seaside Heights, Hamilton Police said.

His phone records showed he may have been driving in the Princeton area. Old was driving a four-door 2000 blue Lincoln with Florida plates GMGE95, police said.

He is possibly in the early stages of Alzheimer's and is a diabetic, Hamilton Police said.

Old was last seen wearing a black Hard Rock sweatshirt, blue jacket, blue jeans and a white sneakers.
