Man Groped Woman On Nassau Street In Princeton: Police

The woman said she was on her way to work when a man grabbed her buttocks with both hands and pulled her pants partially down.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton police are investigating an incident in which a man “aggressively grabbed a woman’s buttocks” with both hands, pulling her pants partially own. The woman said she was walking to work in the rear parking lot of Santander Bank on Nassau Street when the incident occurred, police said. It happened at about 9:55 a.m. on Saturday, May 19.

The man was described as Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old, standing about 5’3,” with a thin build, and wearing a plain gray hooded sweatshirt, faded black jeans, black sneakers and white socks.

Police have already canvassed the area. There have been other incidents like this in the same area, and police are investigating whether there is any connection between those incidents and the one that took place on Saturday.

“We ask that everyone be cognizant of their surroundings and report suspicious activity at the time of its occurrence,” the Princeton Police Department said in a release.
