Mercer County Launches New Website
County officials say the new site is easier to use, and appears on smartphones and tablets.

TRENTON, NJ— Mercer County’s new website is easier for residents to use, and is designed to show up on mobile phones and tablets, County Executive Brian M. Hughes said this week. The county commissioned Vision Internet through a competitive bid process to develop the site. It is the first time since 2006 that the site has been updated.
Personnel from each county department and division contributed to their respective pages. The county is also reminding residents to use the free emergency email alert system. To sign up, visit www.mercercounty.org and click on the ALERT MERCER tab on the homepage. You will then be directed to the “Swift 911” Emergency Notification System registration form. Anyone who already receives messages through this system does not need to re-register.
Website visitors still have option to sign up for their favorite updates, e-newsletters, recycling schedules and more. Questions or comments about the new county website can be emailed to the Public Information Office at contactus1@mercercounty.org.
