Mercer County Man Captured in Florida Earlier This Year Indicted in Fatal Shooting
Anthony Concepcion has been indicted in the shooting of Patrick Walker after being captured in Florida in January.

A Trenton man has been indicted in the shooting death of 39-year-old Patrick Walker, Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said Thursday morning.
Anthony Concepcion, 23, was indicted on one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Police found Walker suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the corner of North Clinton Avenue and Poplar Street in Trenton after responding to reports of a shooting in progress around 1:59 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2014.

He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
Concepcion was arrested in Altamont Springs, Florida, by the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, working in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force on Jan. 9.

Concepcion remains in the Mercer County Correction Center in lieu of $750,000 bail.
