PRINCETON, NJ – During the Planning Board’s meeting on Dec. 8, Senior Planner Justin Lesko will be presenting a report on the proposed ordinance to merge the zoning maps of the former Borough and Township.

This follows the introduction of the ordinance at the Council meeting on Nov. 28.

" It is also the first zone map that visually shows many of the zone changes that have previously been adopted by ordinance since consolidation; the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO) zones and the recent Hun School rezoning are two examples,” Lesko said in his memo.

The new map also reflects the applicable zoning for land that were previously bisected by municipal boundary of the former Borough and Township, according to Lesko’s memo.

The Senior Planner concluded that the new zoning map does not have an impact on the Princeton Community Master Plan.
