NJHA Employee Named to Top 40 Under 40 List

An employee at a Princeton company made njbiz.com’s “Top 40 Under 40” list of professionals for 2014.

Randy Minniear, 39, is the Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Policy at the New Jersey Hospital Association in Princeton.

The New Jersey Hospital Association is a not-for-profit trade organization committed to delivering support and services to the state’s hospitals and other healthcare providers.

It was founded in 1918 and now includes close to 400 healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospice providers and healthcare-related business and educational institutions.

In his current position, Minniear develops and executes an advocacy agenda for the state’s foremost non-profit healthcare trade association.

He acts a liaison between the association and the state local, and federal government, among other positions, according to his LinkendIn profile.

He’s previously served as the Director of the State Chemistry Council, the Chief of Staff for State Sen. John O’Bennett and an Investigator in the Hospital and Healthcare industry for the State.
